Delivery

At Ovvo Home, we take great pride in the manufacturing and delivery of our furniture. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. All products are securely packaged for transit and handled by professional third-party logistics providers.

To guarantee reliable delivery, we collaborate with specialized shipping partners. Depending on product availability and warehouse location, your order may arrive in multiple shipments handled by different carriers. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment rather than per total order and are determined by the origin warehouse of each item.

Delivery times vary based on product type, stock availability, and distance to metropolitan areas. Estimated lead times are displayed on each product page to support your purchasing decision.

You may enter your postal code on any product page to confirm delivery availability in your area. If delivery is not yet available for your location, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following our social channels for updates on expanded shipping coverage.

Standard deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. In selected cities, Saturday delivery may be available within specified time windows. Requests for Saturday delivery must be submitted before order processing and remain subject to feasibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all ordered items can be successfully delivered to the final destination, including verifying access through doorways, staircases, and elevators based on packaged dimensions. Product and package measurements are provided on each product page. Failed delivery attempts caused by access limitations may result in additional delivery charges.

 

If a shipment is delivered to a freight forwarder at the customer’s request, Ovvo Home assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, or other issues arising after the transfer to the forwarding provider.

Shipping Fee & Locations

Shipping fees are charged per shipment rather than per order. Rates are fixed according to shipment value and delivery location.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on their individual availability and estimated delivery times. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the subtotal of each shipment. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout once all required shipments for your order have been determined.

To confirm delivery availability, please enter your postal code on any product page. The table below provides a general overview of major cities we currently serve.

 

In selected cities, we offer free shipping per shipment for subtotals of €999 or more, excluding add-on services.

Types of Delivery

We offer three delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, and White Glove.

Standard delivery is provided by default. Room of Choice and White Glove services can be selected for an additional fee. All service fees are charged per shipment, not per order. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may choose which shipment(s) the upgraded service should apply to during checkout.

Standard Service
Your item(s) will be delivered to the ground floor, lobby, or first dry and accessible area of your home or building (for example: garage, entrance area, porch, or lobby). Deliveries requiring stairs or lifts will be completed at the entrance of the lift or at the base of the staircase. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation. You will either receive a fixed delivery date with tracking details or be contacted by the delivery partner to arrange a delivery day and time window.

Room of Choice
Your item(s) will be delivered to the room of your choice within your home, including up to two flights of stairs. An additional flat fee of €50 or €70 applies depending on your postal code (plus applicable taxes). Additional stairs beyond two flights may incur extra charges. This service does not include assembly, packaging removal, or moving existing furniture.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for dispatch. Our delivery partner will then contact you to schedule a delivery day and time window.

White Glove Service
Your item(s) will be delivered to your room of choice, including up to two flights of stairs, unpacking, full assembly, and packaging removal. This service is available for an additional flat fee of €100 or €150 (plus applicable taxes), depending on your postal code. Additional stairs beyond two flights may incur extra charges. This service does not include removal or relocation of existing furniture.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for dispatch. Our delivery partner will then contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Important Notice
Before placing your order, please ensure that all items can fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators in their packaged dimensions. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, you will be responsible for any redelivery fees, or for return shipping and restocking costs if the order is cancelled.

We recommend protecting flooring and surrounding areas prior to delivery. Delivery personnel are not responsible for damage to floors or nearby surfaces and are not permitted to move existing furniture.

How long do I have to return my item?

Select items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned but may be canceled within two business days after the order is placed. Custom orders may include any item where you select the finish and upholstery.

How do I return my item?

Small items can be returned to the showroom or shipped back to us by mail. Furniture or more oversized items will require arrangements for pick up. If you plan to return your item, please get in touch with [email protected] to make arrangements.
